Use a clean 5 gallon pail.  Do not use a pail which has contained a petroleum based product. 1. Open Wet Stucco Base Coat and mix well. 2. Pour half the mixture into another clean 5 gallon pail. 3. Add 1/2 Gallon potable water. Add 30LB  Type I Portland Cement & Type II Portland Cement (ASTM C-150) to mixture. Mix with a 1/2” drill at 400- 500 RPM and a Jiffler mixer. 4. Add a little more clean water or Portland Cement if needed to get a smooth texture. 5. Let material rest for 10 minutes to allow the portland cement to fully take water.
